Sample Menus 

It all begins with the shot of espresso, or two! ('Dopio").  When “pulled” it should have a lovely rich crema on top (or we do not serve it) and it should never taste burnt or bitter; you can count on that.  This primary component is derived from a fresh roast, the correct ground, water temp and pressure, and the use of distilled water.  It is also important to have a clean machine. Check.  From this, comes:

 

  • Espresso

  • Americano’s;reg or decaf coffee built w/a shot and filled w/steamed water

  • Cappuccino; a third each:  a shot of espresso,steamed milk, and foam

  • Latte; a shot (or two) of espresso and filled w/ steamed milk

  • Macchiato’s (varies, trad. is foam with shot into)

  • Flat whites; 1/3 espresso to 2/3 steamed milk and light foam

  • Cortado; equal parts espresso and steamed milk (totaling 4oz)

  • Other requests, and served iced or hot

  • Occasionally, we have an aficionado that would like to wow his guests w/ his own roast, which we can run for you.

  • We can also prepare a chilled carafe of espresso to be used to make martini’s (using your own bartender)

 

We also offer:

 

  • Teas, including Chai, Ceremonial Matcha, Green, London Fog, Flavored (any can be iced or hot)

  • Real Hot Chocolates (3 shades and flavors too)

  • Steamers; flavored milk (as well as cider)

  • Italian Cream Sodas

  • Lemonades (seasonal)

  • Bursting BOBAS upon arrangement

 

We can create menues for various events with signature drink names that may toast, roast!, or boast someone or an event.  Here are some suggestions we have used:

These are a few ideas we have serve up over the years.  They can be made with decaf espresso or a “split” (1/2 decaf & 1/2 reg), along with milk alternatives as well.
